About the Role

Responsibilities:

Planning, implementing, and marketing the work-based learning (WBL) program.
Developing and implementing policies for the WBL program. Recruiting, enrolling, and monitoring session with career technical education and academic instructors on trends in the workforce and training needs. Coordinating public communications regarding WBL. Ensuring all aspects of the WBL program operates effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience with job development and placement
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Supervisory experience preferred
