About the Role

The Executive Assistant must be effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner. They must also exhibit skills in building & maintaining strong relationships both internally & externally. The ideal candidate is both approachable & respectful, comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems. Considering the culture of ownership and accountability within The RFC Group LLC, this person should be comfortable taking the initiative when faced with administrative decisions.

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO for our huge organization. You will provide high-level administrative support.


• Handle administrative needs of Executive
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Credit card reconciling
• Plan work-related travel details
• Receive visitors
• Train and supervise clerical staff
• Organize events for the organization with direction from the CEO
• Maintain and order supplies


• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to successfully complete background check
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Moral compass
• Integrity driven
• Ability to shift and pivot at a moment's notice
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of all clients
• Minimum 5 years in an Executive Administrative Assistant role
