My personal life has just been the reason as to why I love RFC/ Heaven's Hired Hand. From homelessness and melting snow to wash our bodies, I realize if I have had hardships, others have them as well. I enjoy helping, I love reading and I enjoy family. I believe family is important to the success and well-being of anyone. My biggest accomplishment that I pride myself on are my babies. They are my loves and why I do what is being done. I want them to realize the struggle that we have been in was not in vain. Our struggle was tumultuous which is why I wrote "When The Lights Came On." Their dad was abusive to not just myself, but to my kids and I wrote my truth in the book to encourage women to get out of the vicious cycle and realize there is value in them and that life can do a 360 when they are ready. We were assigned the tasks of carrying that weight to minister to others because they are going through as well. We were becoming in our journey and people that we help in employment and resources, they are now becoming a better version of themselves. It is a full-circle that is amazing and I am thankful that GOD picked us!

Deondra's oldest daughter. In the RFC Group Ti'Ane is known as the "back door Office Administrator." She will come into the office, assist any new hires, reaffirm teaching them on company processes and will offer feedback on her assessments. Ti'Ane has always had a keen eye for detail. Her personal journey has had its challenges. She was struck by a vehicle in 2012, sustaining a closed-head injury and going through mental challenges stemming from the accident. Full -Circle Ti'Ane is a successful polysomnographic technologist (Sleep Technician) and has a very soft spot not only for people, but animals. She's Intentional on helping our four-legged friends. Ti'Ane is very protective of her siblings and immediate family overall. She has a heart that evokes love and wholeness for those she comes in contact with. I dislike attaching the word strong to her because as Black women we take that on by default, but she is truly the epitome of strength.

Deondra's son. In the RFC Group, Justyn will offer feedback on resumes, confirm that numbers are aligned, and offers insight if and when needed. Especially with motivating and encouraging me. He has always had a heart for the community. Growing up in Berkley, MI as a young boy, the community saw his love for those that were underserved, or lacked in some type of area and was actually recognized by the community as an outstanding community person. He is also registered in the State of Michigan as number 17 in the state for swimming and diving in 2017 and received a resolution from the Berkley School District and is now a part of history in the district for his success.

My baby daughter. Madison, is in her second year of Oakwood University as a vocalist major. My baby's journey thus far has a story. She came out feet first and cord wrapped around her neck. The fight she had in that moment coming out planting where she would be, speaks volume. In the company, Madi (as she is affectionately known) serves as the eyes and ears to those around the company. Madison also has a huge following on social media platforms so she serves in the marketing capacity. Madi loves singing of the gospels and during matriculation at Oakwood University she was named freshman praise team leader and came back in sophomore year in the same capacity. Madison loves making sure nothing gets by her when it comes to the company and myself. She will always walk in her truth because she has been apart of our journey in hardship to where we are trying to go now.

My bonus daughter. Juanita has made her way into our lives through church in her preteen years and from that time until now, she is mine always. Juanita is a med school student ant University of Michigan. In the company, Juanita goes out to events as a proxy on my behalf. She educates companies on our services and represents the company exceptionally. Her love is people and that is why she is in the medical field. She desires to be the buffer in medicine that gives patients the care that they need. She has a heart as big as Texas and is so refreshing when it comes to people. I believe she was truly assigned to our family from God and she fits!
